http://www.shopclues.com" , Yes these two online market places have the easiest on boarding process and you can start your work immediately. Out of the both I can confirm is that you can start selling on eBay within an hour if you have all the documents ready.
The way the company has made progress and have maintained their standards in all fields is really great.
You just need to fill the form, Insert your bank details etc and register with paisa pay and boom, You are online. While on the other hand shopclues may take a day or two for completing your verification process, But it is still faster than other market places.

http://www.flipkart.com are considered to be one of the leading market places but their on boarding process is time consuming and may be the person would change his mind to sell online till the brand is approved. It has been noticed that the brand approval for certain categories takes 2-3 months of time period.
Makes me confuse for the reason of holding the sellers for such a long time.
